Customers We are happy to accept returns in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) where the consumer is able to return the goods within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
In the case of a return being made outside of the Distance Selling Regulations (2000, we will honor a refund within 14 days and refund the cost of purchase only. This includes sale items.
As part of the terms of return all product should be returned in original condition including hangtags, and labeling.Damage to product will annul all rights of return.
The goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer until they reach our premises with all returns costs absorbed by the consumer. The responsibility for return conditions is solely the responsibility of the consumer. Lot78 will not take on any responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
